East Bay Seafood was established in 2006 as Boston-based importer & processor with international distribution & global sourcing network. With over a decade of combined domestic & international sourcing experience, East Bay's management team has developed strategic relationships with a global network of premier seafood producers. As a result of these partnerships, we have unique access to respective resources.

Our management team is comprised of a long-time seafood of supply chain professionals who held senior sourcing positions with some of the top food companies in the country. We hand-cut fish daily to our customer's order & their specifications. All of our processing is done by seasoned professionals who know the complexity of cutting each type of fish. Our processing capabilities include: filleting, scaling, portioning, grading, packing, and most importantly, tailoring to our customers' specs.
